This picturesque Sevierville getaway was designed with ultimate relaxation and resort-like comforts in mind.
Invite everyone to the main floor living area boasting a contemporary look, and have hours of fun by watching movies, playing games, or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Serve those delicious homemade delicacies on the dining table next to large windows that let the natural sunlight in, creating a pleasant setting you’ll get to enjoy in the great company of your family and friends.
Open the doors to reveal the breathtaking deck with the luxurious hot tub, perfect for those days when you don’t feel like leaving the property. The upper floor boasts a comfy lounge area with a fire pit creating an ideal setting to unwind and roast some marshmallows, while the front yard comes with an oversized fireplace and mesmerizing mountain views.
When you’ve had enough of the great outdoors, you’ll be able to retreat to the game and theatre room and have a fun movie night or an entertaining pool tournament. The loser has to wash the dishes :).

★ PETS Basic pet fee is $185. It covers up to two dogs PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ADDITIONAL FEES IF MORE THAN TWO. Owners are responsible for all property damage and additional cleaning caused by their pets or service animals. Pets and service animals must be house trained and well behaved. No pets should be left at the home without being secured in their crates. Furthermore, under no circumstances should pets be locked in rooms, bedrooms, closets, or any other enclosed spaces.
Unauthorized pets penalty is $500
★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★ The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your G Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. To do this, it's easy:
1. Open the G Maps app and log in.
2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.
3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select "Download Offline Map > Download." On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download
★ CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.
★ NATURE IMMERSION ★ The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies.

The cabin is close to the small vacation town of Sevierville, Tennessee. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. It provides a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the big city crowds.

The cabin is located at 897 Obes Branch Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876.
Important driving directions:
1. When you are almost at the cabin please don't take right on the gravel road(your GPS may show you to take that road).
2. We shared a driveway with another cabin, our cabin is behind the big log cabin that you can see from the road, just drive straight ahead(uphill) pass the big log cabin on your left.

PLEASE, DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OR TRASH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE YOUR CAR, PUT IT IN THE BEAR PROOF BINS LOCATED OUTSIDE. LOCK YOUR CAR. WE HAVE HIGH BEAR ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA. If trash bins are full during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can schedule pick-up. Pick-up is not available on Sunday.
What’s provided:
1. All kitchen appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.
2. Towels (including kitchen) and linings.
3. Hand soap and dishwasher detergent (starter kit).
4. Toilet paper(2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels(1 roll).
5. Trash bags(starter kit).
Just a reminder, we have left the property with starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry tabs, soap, and shampoo. Once these starter supplies run out, you will need to provide additional supplies so please pack/plan accordingly!
What’s NOT provided
1. Salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, coffee filters, and or any sauces.
The water in the hot tub may be cold when you arrive, we change the water after each guest and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it.
Please report all issues if any on the check-in day.
You can always contact me if you have any more questions or concerns.
