House Rules
Please note, this house contains authentic cow rugs, decorative feathers, and old barn treated wood. If you have severe allergies, it may not be suitable for you.
Wildliife:
Please be aware that there are approximately 50 Canadian geese residing on the property and two king swans. We kindly request that you refrain from chasing or FEEDING them. Additionally, they may create some extra noise in the morning. Please understand that we are unable to remove them as they are protected by the Federal Government.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation occurs 14 or more days before check-in, but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation takes place between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will also retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked.
- No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided; however, the host will receive 100% of the payment for all nights booked.
