Hot tub* The water in the hot tub may not be hot when you arrive, we change the water before each arrival and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it.

Security camera* One active security camera is mounted close to the front door overlooking the parking area and pool area.

Pool liner damage may result in up to a $2000 charge.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★ The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your Google Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. To do this, it's easy: 1. Open the Google Maps app and log in. 2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between. 3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download." On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download

★ CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.

★ NATURE IMMERSION ★ The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies.

★ PETS ★ basic pet fee is $185 (covers up to two medium dogs) PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FEES. Owners are responsible for all property damage and additional cleaning caused by their pets or service animals. Pets and service animals must be house trained and well behaved. No pets should be left at the home without being secured in their crates. Furthermore, under no circumstances should pets be locked in rooms, bedrooms, closets, or any other enclosed spaces.

★ HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. You will be charged for any damaged inventory.

★ PARTY If you are planning a party that exceeds the guest limit capacity, please contact us with the specific details regarding the number of attendees and the nature of the event. Please note that an additional event fee will apply.

The cabin is situated in the small vacation town of Sevierville, Tennessee. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh.
