Welcome to our extraordinary 4000 sq ft 2-story yurt nestled atop a mountain in Smokies. With its distinctive design, the yurt offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Step inside and discover a spacious and inviting interior. The main highlight is our giant 32' round pool, complete with an octagon patio that beckons you to relax and soak up the stunning panoramic vistas.
Perfect for large groups, our yurt boasts 5 bedrooms, along with an additional bunk room, accommodating up to 16 people comfortably. With 4 bathrooms, there's plenty of space to accommodate everyone's needs.
Entertainment is taken to new heights with our giant 15' screen movie theater, equipped with 10 plush seats. Whether you're seeking a cozy night in or a fun-filled movie marathon, this space will be a hit with guests of all ages.
Outside, you'll find a playground where children can let their imaginations run wild while adults gather around the fire pit, sharing stories and creating lasting memories.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★ The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your G Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. To do this, it's easy:
1. Open the G Maps app and log in.
2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.
3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select "Download Offline Map > Download." On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download
★ CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.
★ NATURE IMMERSION ★ The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies.
★ HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. You will be charged for any damaged inventory. PARTY If you are planning a party that exceeds the guest limit capacity, please contact us with the specific details regarding the number of attendees and the nature of the event. Please note that an additional event fee will apply.
★POOL The temperature of the pool depends on many weather conditions including sun, rain wind, temperature outside and etc. We have a small fee of $75 a day to heat the pool. Absolutely no pets in pool area or inside the pool. fine up to $500 ★FIREWOEKS★ Not permitted at any time ★ PETS PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FEES. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ON FURNITURE (YOU MAY GET CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR DAMAGE) Owners are responsible for all property damage and additional cleaning caused by their pets or service animals. Pets and service animals must be house trained and well behaved. No pets should be left at the home without being secured in their crates. Furthermore, under no circumstances should pets be locked in rooms, bedrooms, closets, or any other enclosed spaces. Unauthorized pets penalty is $500

PLEASE, DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OR TRASH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE YOUR CAR, PUT IT IN THE BEAR-PROOF BINS LOCATED OUTSIDE. LOCK YOUR CAR. WE HAVE HIGH BEAR ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA. If trash bins are full during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can schedule pick-up. Pick-up is not available on Sunday.
NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this cabin (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. We are SERIOUS about protecting our cabins so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.
What’s provided:
1. All kitchen appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.
2. Towels (including kitchen) and linings.
3. Hand soap and dishwasher detergent (starter kit).
4. Toilet paper(2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels(1 roll).
5. Trash bags(starter kit).
Just a reminder, we have left the property with starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry tabs, soap, and shampoo. Once these starter supplies run out, you will need to provide additional supplies so please pack/plan accordingly!
What’s NOT provided
1. Salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, coffee filters, and or any sauces.
The water in the hot tub may be cold when you arrive, we change the water after each guest and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it.
We are pleased to inform you that all of our smart TVs in the house are equipped with the capability to stream live TV, even if they do not have a cable box. To access this feature, simply navigate to the menu on the TV and select the Xfinity app. From there, you can enjoy a wide range of live TV channels without the need for a cable box.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation occurs 14 or more days before check-in, but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation takes place between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will also retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked.
- No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided; however, the host will receive 100% of the payment for all nights booked.
