Full-day weddings are available year-round on open future dates. Private events including micro-weddings, elopements, and rehearsal dinners can be scheduled Monday through Thursday at any time. Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) opens six months in advance, based on the wedding calendar.

As a popular Sevierville venue, Velaora often books several months ahead. Pricing varies by season, day of week, and demand.

A signed online agreement and a 25% date deposit are required to officially reserve your date. Dates cannot be held without the deposit.
